When will it arrive?
I roast on Monday and ship on Tuesday with USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders land on Thursday or Friday. Orders placed after Monday midnight go out the following Tuesday.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $40, and always free for regulars. Under $40 it's a flat rate at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US for now.
Can I get it ground?
Not yet. Whole bean stays fresh for weeks longer. A $30 hand grinder will change your coffee more than any machine.
How fresh is it?
Every bag is stamped with its roast date. It's best from day 4 to day 30.
How do I skip or cancel my regular delivery?
From your account, any time before Monday. No emails, no guilt.
Something wrong with my order?
Email me and I'll make it right. If a bag isn't the best coffee in your kitchen, tell me and I'll send another or refund it.
Can I visit?
Please do. East Austin, Tuesday to Sunday, 7 to 12. Look for the arch.
